What we do
Mowing, edging, hedges, palm trimming and the debris that comes with them.
Soft wash for the house and walls. Gutters cleared, cobwebs knocked down, windows left clear instead of streaked.
Driveways, walkways, pool decks, patios, fences and pavers. Edges included, not skipped.
Yard debris, old furniture, appliances, the garage pile. Loaded, hauled, and dumped.
Scheduled checks while you're away, with a written condition report after every visit. We meet the deliveries and the contractors so you don't fly back for them — eyes on the property, every month.
Memberships cover property oversight. Landscaping, cleaning, washing and haul-away are quoted by property and added to the same invoice. Need a different mix? We'll build it.
Landscaping, washing and haul-away booked as one project and quoted as one number — the whole exterior photo-ready on your listing deadline.
Every exterior surface a buyer sees, brought to the same standard in one pass — so the photos, the drive-up and the inspection walk all hold up.
We schedule backwards from your listing date, not forwards from the day you call — so the property peaks on the day it matters.
Service area
We stay concentrated in Palm Beach County so the crew is close, the drive time is short, and the same people are on your street every visit.

About
GOPICK is Hunter Hoersch and Adam Rubinstein — two best friends who met in high school in Boca Raton and grew up watching this city evolve. We built the company we wanted to call: one that answers the phone, shows up, holds a standard, and gets the job done.
The heat, the salt, the storms and the HOA letters don't wait for a convenient week.
About us
GOPICK is Hunter Hoersch and Adam Rubinstein — two best friends who met in high school in Boca Raton and grew up watching this city evolve. We built the company we wanted to call: one that answers the phone, shows up, holds a standard, and gets the job done.
We know South Florida homes — the heat, the rain, the salt, the storms, the palms, the driveways, the pools, the yards, and the never-ending list of things that come with owning a home here.
Your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. You should not have to chase someone down to take care of it, and you should not have to hire six different companies to get your list done.
The heat, the salt, the storms and the HOA letters don't wait for a convenient week.
The GOPICK standard
Stop keeping a different number for every job. The same people, who already know your property, handle the whole list. One number, one crew, one invoice, one point of contact — a single relationship instead of a rolodex of vendors.
We cover every edge, deal with the details, and leave the property looking pristine. We do not believe the size of the job determines the quality of the work — a lawn cut and a full sale prep get the same standard.
Being reliable is not a marketing promise, it is the baseline. We show up when we say we will, communicate when something changes, honor the price we quoted, and take responsibility for the work we deliver.
The show-up guarantee: quoted time, quoted price, and a call before you have to ask.

Services
One crew, one schedule, one invoice — whether it is a single job or the whole exterior on a recurring plan.
How it works
Give us the address and what is on your mind. It takes a few minutes.
We look at the whole exterior — not just the thing you called about — and send back a plan with real numbers.
Pick a recurring plan or a one-time job. Same crew every visit. One bill at the end of the month.
Mowing, edging, hedge and bush trimming, palm trimming, leaf blowing and the debris that comes with all of it. On a recurring plan we are on the property twelve times a year, which means we see what is coming before it becomes a problem.
What's included
Soft wash for the house, walls and screens — low pressure, so nothing gets forced where it should not go. Gutters cleared, cobwebs knocked down, and windows left clear instead of streaked.
What's included
Driveways, walkways, pool decks, patios, fences, garden walls and paver surfaces. We run the edges and the corners too — the parts that make a driveway look finished rather than just cleaned down the middle.
What's included
Yard debris, old furniture, appliances, electronics, the pile in the garage that has been there for years. We load it, haul it and dump it.

Scheduled checks while you're away, with a written condition report after every visit. We meet the deliveries and the contractors so you don't fly back for them.
A home watch visit is a careful, repeated inspection of a property nobody is living in — inside and out — looking for the problems that get expensive when they go unnoticed.
It is not a security patrol and it is not a cleaning service. It is someone who knows your house walking through it on a schedule, comparing it against how it looked last time, and telling you the truth about what changed.
Who it's for
Every visit
The same walkthrough every visit, so a change since last month is obvious rather than a matter of memory.
Secured and undamaged, with no sign of forced entry or storm damage.
Under sinks, around water heaters, at supply lines, and anywhere a ceiling or wall says something changed.
System running, filter checked, and interior humidity read — the number that decides whether you come home to mold.
Evidence of insects or rodents, and any smell that was not there last visit.
Breakers, smoke and CO detectors, and anything the last storm may have tripped.
Roofline, screens, pool cage, driveway and landscaping — the outside is our home ground.
Collected and stored so the property does not advertise that nobody is home.
Furniture, screens and loose items staged before a named storm, and a damage walk after it passes.
Every visit ends with a written condition report — photos included — the same day.
How it works
Before the first visit we tour the property together, note what matters to you, and take down access, alarm codes, and the contractors you already trust.
Weekly, twice a month or monthly depending on your membership. Every visit ends with a written condition report — photos included — sent to you the same day.
If something is wrong you get a call, not just a line in a report — what we found, what it needs, and what we'd do about it. You decide from there.

Landscaping, washing and haul-away booked as one project and quoted as one number — scheduled backwards from the day the photographer arrives.
You are not coordinating a landscaper, a pressure washer and a hauler against the same deadline. One scope, one crew, one number, one invoice.
We schedule backwards from your photography and listing dates so the property peaks on the day it matters, not the week after.
Sale prep bundles the full exterior into a single scope. We walk the property with you or your agent, agree what a buyer will see from the curb and from the camera, and quote the whole thing as one number.
Everything is scheduled backwards from your photography date, because that is the deadline that actually matters. Give us the date and we build the calendar around it.
On a tighter deadline? Tell us the date and we'll tell you honestly what fits.

If your question isn't here, call us — you'll get one of the owners.
No. Most people start with a one-time job — a driveway, a cleanout, a cleanup — and move to a recurring plan once they have seen the work. Both are quoted the same way.
Yes. The number on your estimate is the number on your invoice. If something on the property turns out to be bigger than what we scoped, we call you before we touch it — we do not add line items after the fact.
Vetted, insured crews working under our contract, managed by us. We hold the relationship, the quote and the standard.
Pavers, hardscape, plumbing, electrical and HVAC are licensed trades, so we don't perform them. We scope the job and refer a vetted licensed partner. They quote you, contract with you and invoice you directly — the work is theirs.
Not yet. Pest control requires state certification, however we have great partners that help get the job done.
That is the Home Watch membership. Scheduled visits inside and out, a written condition report every time, and someone here in person for deliveries, contractors and storm prep.
Storm prep and post-storm cleanup take priority over routine work. Members hear from us first, and we schedule around the forecast rather than the calendar.
Tell us the address and what needs doing. We'll walk the property and come back with a plan and a real number — usually within one business day.
